Simple, Transparent Agreement
Welcome to CompressKaro. Because we do not run a server-side storage system or maintain user database schemas, our terms are extremely straightforward: you are using open-source, high-performance in-browser modules running locally on your own machine.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CompressKaro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our utilities.
2. Permitted Use
You are granted full permission to use CompressKaro for both **personal and professional / commercial purposes** free of charge. You can compress, convert, merge, or split documents and images as many times as you like, without any frequency or usage caps.
3. Zero File Transmission & Responsibility
All operations occur entirely within the memory of your local web browser. You retain complete ownership and full legal responsibility for the contents of the files you load into the tool.
Because **we do not transmit, review, or store your files**, we are not liable for any intellectual property, confidentiality, or data breaches occurring on your local operating environment.
4. Platform Warranty and Disclaimers
COMPRESSKARO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the tool will perfectly downscale every single complex PDF to your precise target KB size without visual degradation, as output quality depends entirely on the original structure, image assets, and constraints of your input file.
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPRESSKARO, ITS FOUNDERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
